Guided Tours
As part of its ongoing outreach efforts, guided tours of the Mathews-Sanders Sculpture Garden at Delta State University are available by calling either the Delta Arts Alliance office at (662) 843-3344 or the Bologna Performing Arts Center at (662) 846-4625. School groups, civic groups or private tours can be accommodating, if reservations are confirmed at least 10 days in advance. As the Garden continues to grow and its partnerships with the Bologna Performing Arts Center, the Delta State University Art Department and the Delta Arts Alliance continue to develop, the planning committee has future plans to enhance its educational outreach efforts with possible workshops and lectures, as well as video segments and possible exhibits.
In The Community
We recognize the impact the Garden is already having on the Cleveland and the surrounding area, and we are thrilled to hear stories of young children being mesmerized with walks through the sculptures, asking to return to the Garden on campus time after time. We are hopeful you will continue to share those stories with us, as testimonials to the Garden's unique and intrinsic appeal.
